When I first met Coach Tuesday, I was a woman completely disillusioned with life. I had been feeling lost and was groping around in the dark for my next step. My self confidence was low and I was so unsure of myself. I had mastered the art of masking my pain and making it look like I had it all together. Honestly I was a bit resistant to her help and was very scared to start the coaching sessions. Up until this point I had been carrying everything on my own. But saying yes to the process has changed my entire life in just a few short months. Through her obedience to God, she has coached me out of some of my darkest places and shown me a version of myself I never thought was attainable. I’m on the road to my best self and I owe that to God and His amazing servant Tuesday Nolden.

During one of the most challenging times in my life my very first life empowerment coach, Coach Tuesday Nolden, opened her heart and utilized her god- given gifts to assist me in making life transforming changes in my life.
In the beginning of 2015, I was very excited to begin my sessions with Coach Tuesday. I had grown to love, admire, and have a deep respect for Coach Tuesday as we served together in our church congregation.
Through our guided session Coach Tuesday took her time with me to assist me with creating goals that are manifesting themselves today in 2021! One of my goals was to begin a public speaking business. Well, I am now an inspirational speaker and have begun my own coaching business as well.
